Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
SharePoint Senior Developer
to design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise-level
SharePoint Online
,
custom (.NET/C#/SPFx)
, and
Power Platform
solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in
SPFx development, Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET/C#, and system integrations
, along with proven
client-facing and support experience
in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint & Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern
  SharePoint Online solutions
  using
  SPFx (web parts & extensions), React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
  .
• Customize SharePoint architecture including
  sites, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, and governance
  .
• Build and enhance
  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  and automate workflows using
  Power Automate
  .
• Enhance and maintain
  .NET/C# and SQL-based custom applications
  integrated with SharePoint and enterprise systems.
• Implement advanced SharePoint solutions using
  PnP Frameworks, CSOM/JSON, CAML, and PnP PowerShell
  .

Integration & Cloud Services

• Integrate SharePoint solutions using
  Microsoft Graph and REST APIs
  .
• Extend platform functionality using
  Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD secured integrations
  .
• Work with backend services including
  Dataverse and SQL Server
  .

DevOps, Operations & Support

• Set up and maintain
  CI/CD pipelines
  for SPFx deployments using
  Azure DevOps and Git
  .
• Own platform
  operations, maintenance, and performance optimization
  .
• Ensure
  security, governance, compliance, and performance best practices
  .
• Provide
  Tier 2 & Tier 3 support
  under ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage
  hyper-care support
  , proactive monitoring, and
  SLA adherence
  (availability, response, resolution).

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional application and platform teams in an
  Agile/Scrum environment
  .
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions.
• Participate in
  project planning, documentation, deployments, and knowledge transfer
  .
• Perform code reviews, testing, optimization, and documentation to ensure high code quality.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with
  SharePoint Online development, platform operations, and custom solutions
  .
• Hands-on expertise in
  SPFx, React, TypeScript, .NET/C#, Web APIs / WCF
  .
• Solid experience with
  Power Apps and Power Automate
  .
• Experience with
  Dataverse and SQL Server
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Azure AD app permissions
  .
• Experience with
  PnP Frameworks, CSOM/JSON, CAML
  .
• SharePoint migration experience using
  ShareGate and/or Metalogix
  .
• Strong front-end fundamentals:
  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  .
• CI/CD experience using
  Azure DevOps pipelines and Git
  .
• Strong experience working within an
  ITSM support model (Tier 1/2/3)
  .
• Proven ability to manage
  SLAs
  , incident resolution, and proactive monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with
  client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience
  .

• Experience across the
  Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  .
• SharePoint and Power Platform certifications
  .
• Knowledge of
  ASP.NET, C#, and .NET frameworks
  .
• Experience with
  SharePoint administration and governance models
  .
• Familiarity with
  Agile/Scrum methodologies
  .
• Strong
  PowerShell scripting
  skills.
• Exposure to
  AI and automation use cases within SharePoint and M365
  .
