We are looking for a Junior Prophet 21 Support personnel with 2 to 3 years experience for one of our clients, a distributor with 12 locations across country, to start this position on immediate basis.

Job Role: Epicor Prophet 21 ERP Support Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's Prophet 21 ERP system. This role ensures system stability, resolves user issues, supports business processes, and collaborates with departments to enhance system functionality and performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm on weekdays.

Duties

• Provide technical and functional support for the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system across all business units across the country. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to sales orders, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and other ERP modules. Configure and maintain user roles, security, and access permissions within Prophet 21. Develop and maintain business rules, and custom reports using C#, SQL, and Crystal Reports. Coordinate with Epicor support and internal IT staff to resolve escalated system problems or bugs. Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements leveraging P21 functionality. Support system upgrades, testing, and training for new releases or modules. Maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for ongoing reference. Some travel may be required Ability to provide help during weekends and after hours when it's required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. 2-3 years of experience supporting or administering Epicor Prophet 21. Proficiency in SQL, C#, and Crystal Reports for ERP customization and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
