Job Overview
Adrian Steel of Canada is seeking an experienced Fleet Account Manager to manage and grow key fleet customer accounts from our Canadian Headquarters in Bolton, Ontario. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in fleet management, automotive account management, or vehicle upfitting who excel at customer service, coordination, and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned fleet accounts, national fleets, fleet management companies, and dealer/OEM partners, ensuring excellent customer service and communication throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Manage national fleet vehicle upfit programs from quote and order intake through production, quality checks, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and finance to confirm specifications, schedules, and delivery timelines for national and North American fleet vehicles.
  • Monitor order status, build schedules, and program metrics; provide regular updates and reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support specification development, pricing, RFQs, and proposals for commercial vehicle upfitting programs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing fleet accounts and assist in onboarding new fleet customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM and internal systems, following established processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management, commercial fleet operations, automotive account management, or vehicle upfitting.
  • Strong account management skills with proven experience managing multiple customer programs or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and problem solving.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of OEM fleet ordering processes, commercial vehicle configurations, and upfit components is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM or ERP systems; comfortable working with reports, order data, and tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Fluent in English (verbal, reading, and writing). French is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Only candidates authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis will be considered.
  • Employer sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
