Cleaner/Housekeeper (part-time)

Location: Academy Massage Therapy
Schedule: Part-time (evenings and weekends)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain a clean, calm, and hygienic environment in our massage clinic. This role is ideal for someone available during evenings and weekends who takes pride in creating a welcoming and sanitary space for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all clinic floors, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and staff areas, including counters, appliances, and floors
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the clinic (e.g., door handles, light switches, counters, reception areas)
• Perform weekly deep cleaning of massage treatment rooms, including floors, walls, furniture, and equipment surfaces
• Restock supplies such as linens, paper products, soaps, and cleaning materials
• Monitor and keep track of cleaning and clinic supply inventory and report low stock to management
• Follow all clinic hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (spa, wellness, or healthcare setting an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and disinfecting practices
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Schedule & Availability

• Evening shifts and weekend availability required
• Consistent, predictable part-time hours

Compensation

• Starting at $16.00 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week
