Role Description

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Exceptional skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a guest-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English and French mandatory
  • Prior hospitality or hotel management experience is an advantage
