The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an Apprentice Technicians for our Kamloops Mazda location.

In the position of Apprentice Technicians reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and performing basic repairs under the supervision of our experienced Mechanics to learn the trade and advance your career.

You will be accountable for:

· Following company-created checklists to inspect and test vehicles.

· Performing standard mechanical repairs, such as changing brake pads.

· Learning repair techniques under the supervision of the mechanic.

· Writing labour, time, and parts cost estimates.

· Testing vehicles before and after repair procedures.

· Maintaining a clean working environment.

· Other duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

· A valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract and be familiar with both manual and automatic transmission types.

· Completed the first year of your apprenticeship program, or willing to sign up

· Strong understanding of mechanics.

· Good customer service and communication skills.

· Good analytical skills.

Salary Range: Minimum: $ 22.00 per hour to Maximum: $ 40.00 per hour

Working Hours: 8 hrs

Total Hours per week: 40 hrs

Workday Schedule: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday
