Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight, equipment, and personnel to various locations while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics and transportation services.

Route :NEED TEAMS -TOR TO WPG-0.28CENTS/MILE IN TEAM

• Year-round consistent work
• Pick up & delivery/Switches.
• Brand New Trucks & trailers. Trucks changed every year, so you are always driving a new truck.
• Paid by Direct deposit every 15th and 30th (or last day of the month i.e., 28th Feb. and 31st of the month if month is 31 days)

Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, to deliver freight and equipment to designated locations
• Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and compliance documentation
• Assist with the operation of heavy machinery and equipment when required
• Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor mechanical issues during routes
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues

Requirements

• Must have verifiable AZ or Class 1 driving experience (Minimum 3 years MUST)
• No accidents / tickets or violations
• No accidents / tickets or violations24x7 Friendly dispatch and environment

NO forced dispatch, No PUSH (Especially in winter. We want you to stop if not safe to drive)

Stopping in snow / Harsh weather is Paid under "WWP" - Winter Waiting Program -

Scale bypass systems in all trucks - You get scale bypass 2 kms in advance.

Clean inspections bonus.
