Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic reception team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking skills, and a love of animals. Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Utilize our Practice Management system, VetUp, to track interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, food and prescription refills, and provide them with exceptional service.
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables related to customer success programs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools
- Hands-on experience veterinary practice management systems would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
