Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on assigned routes across Canada and the United States.
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fluids, load security, etc.).
• Properly secure all cargo, including Flatbed, Roll-Tite, Tandem, B-train, and multi-axle configurations.
• Follow all posted speed limits and adjust driving to suit weather and road conditions.
• Maintain strict compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and required rest periods.
• Practice defensive driving and maintain safe following distances at all times.
• Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to the Safety/Maintenance team.
• Adhere to all company safety standards, cargo-handling procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Minimum Requirements
Experience

• Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience.

Driving Record

• No impaired, careless, dangerous driving, racing, or other serious convictions in the last 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents within the past 12 months (as determined by the Safety Manager).
• Must provide a clean Police Criminal Clearance (PCC); any prior record must include a formal Pardon.

Language

• English fluency (speaking and understanding).

Documentation

• Must have valid work authorization and all required documents to legally operate in Canada.

Operating Areas

• Primarily
  Ontario and Quebec.
