We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics sales who is ready to grow business relationships and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client freight requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions
• Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client communications
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in the transportation, freight, or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of FTL, LTL, cross-border, and domestic shipping services
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and close new accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
