The Scrum Master plays a key role alongside the Solution Architect and in supporting the team. He or she ensures that project initiation, planning, execution, control, monitoring, and closure are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Through active involvement, the Scrum Master supports projects, structures them according to Agile methodology principles, and ensures that documentation and deliverables are of "world-class" quality. He or she plays an essential role in supporting project teams.

100% remote work – Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – Competitive salary to be discussed – Employment contract until April 30, 2027
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and structure kick-off meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Plan, facilitate, and ensure project delivery using Agile methodology.
- Work closely with clients, technical teams, and managers.
- Organize meetings and presentations.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to project team members.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and track performance.
- Support the Solution Architect in prioritizing initiatives based on business needs.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Manage resources and competing priorities.
- Track deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners to optimize system integration and address questions and concerns from managers and executives by providing relevant recommendations.
- Anticipate, identify, and analyze trends, risks, and deviations from plan, and recommend solutions to ensure project success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technology project management.
- Experience producing project progress reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in technologies such as simulation, optimization, and artificial intelligence.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience and/or training in Agile methodology.
- Scrum Master certification is an asset.
- Experience in simulation, programming, or another technology-related field is an asset.
- Consulting experience is an asset.
- Experience implementing technological solutions is an asset.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
