The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth, account penetration, and maximizing sales profitability. We seek a talented and competitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. You will manage calls and emails, complete orders, and provide exemplary customer service. Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business. Manage multitasking duties including calls, emails, and data entry, providing product, price, and availability information to customers. Review quote activity and initiate follow-ups after becoming well-versed with your targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, efficient, and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, and web shop enquiries. Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to ensure accurate pricing and cost targets are met. Participate in process improvement activities. Achieve individual sales targets. Perform all other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Customer service Inside sales Call center experience Outbound calls Account management Data entry Cold calling Inside sales support Order processing Microsoft Excel Lead generation Order entry Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of inside telesales experience required. Sales track record of overachievement. Previous experience in the aviation industry and target-based environments is a plus. Associate degree or comparable industry experience. Work Environment This is an on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. You will be part of a dedicated team of 10 professionals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
