Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse clientele. The Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting administrative functions across departments.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office management software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
  • Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Maintain a tidy reception area to promote a welcoming environment

Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer support is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette, typing skills, and computer literacy are essential for success in this role
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required
  • Personal assistant or office management experience can be beneficial for handling calendar management and administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
