Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are looking for the candidate with great out going personality and the ability to handle high volume fast pace environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organization skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Engage with guests to promote sales, suggest menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
• Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
• Food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in various settings including nightclubs and catering events.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, brewing processes, and serving standards in the food industry.
• Previous experience working with retail math or cash registers is preferred.
