Schedule: 11:00 PM ? 7:30 AM (including weekends)
Pay: $16.50/hour

Elite Touch Cleaning Services is looking for responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our overnight cleaning team at CLT Airport?one of the nation?s busiest travel hubs. This is a secure facility with strict rules and regulations. Professionalism, accountability, and consistency are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, terminals, gate areas, and high-traffic zones
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and operate industrial cleaning equipment safely
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris
• Clean glass, windows, stainless steel, and additional surfaces to airport standards
• Safely use cleaning agents and wear required protective equipment
• Report supply needs, safety concerns, or maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all safety, security, and airport compliance procedures at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check (required by CLT Airport)
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks (lifting 60+ lbs, bending, walking long distances)
• Dependable transportation to and from the airport
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic are required?no exceptions

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 94% of the shift
• Climbing: using feet, legs, hands, and arms to ascend/descend
• Balancing: maintaining stability on narrow or slippery surfaces
• Stooping: bending forward at the waist
• Kneeling: lowering body to knees
• Reaching: extending arms in any direction
• Handling: grasping, turning, or working with hands
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs and carry it at least 10 feet
