Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Somerset, New Jersey. The Warehouse Manager will be provided with a dedicated cabin/office space within the warehouse.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock control, accurate inventory management, and smooth operational processes. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the receipt, storage, and shipment of products

• Maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records

• Managing, training, and overseeing the warehouse team

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards

• Optimizing warehouse workflows for efficiency

• Planning aisle layouts and overall warehouse space utilization

• Handling returns and ensuring proper processing

• Approving containers and coordinating inbound/outbound movement

• Overseeing supply chain–related activities linked to warehouse operations

• Coordinating with the India team to ensure stock replenishment and inventory management

• Working with other departments to achieve overall operational goals

Qualifications

• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control processes
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a logistics, retail, or distribution environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are advantageous
