Now, we're expanding our team in Orlando — and we're looking for a positive, service-oriented Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and building strong relationships.

What You'll Do

• Support and assist our U.S. customers via phone, email & WhatsApp
• Ensure customer satisfaction and help keep service levels high
• Build relationships with both new and long-term customers
• Provide product information, guidance, and basic troubleshooting
• Handle inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
• Contribute to customer satisfaction analysis and continuous improvement

• Customer-focused, proactive, and independent way of working
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong English skills (written & spoken)
• Good Spanish skills (written & spoken)
• Reliable commute to our Orlando location
