We are seeking a meticulous and detail oriented Office Manager to join our team and play a vital role in the success of this new operation. Fluent Spanish is a must.

Job Description
As the Office Manager you will oversee general office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands on role that supports a wide range of responsibilities to promote a productive and positive work environment. This position requires multitasking strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workplace
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of all key processes

Shipping and Logistics

  • Print purchase orders and coordinate shipping documentation
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Human Resources Assistance

  • Assist with onboarding new employees including processing paperwork and conducting orientation
  • Maintain employee records and support payroll submissions in coordination with HR or accounting
  • Schedule and manage records for employee time off sick leave and other HR related matters

Procurement and Office Supplies

  • Monitor office supply levels and order essentials such as labels paper and other materials

General Office Management

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office
  • Organize office events meetings and team gatherings as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office manager administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in shipping logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and general office administration
  • Positive professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
