Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping tables, chairs, and menus

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and serving
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
