Dietary Aides

We're seeking dependable and caring dietary aides to join our team and help support the nutritional well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in meal preparation, serving, and clean-up under the direction of the Dietary Manager or Cook
• Set up dining areas and ensure meals are served on time and at proper temperatures
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation and infection control standards
• Stock and organize food and supplies
• Follow menus and portion control guidelines
• Communicate with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful manner
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all food service areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service preferred (healthcare or senior living setting a plus)
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate toward elderly residents
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
