Shopify or Shopify Plus
environment and knows how to execute digital launches across
Klaviyo and Meta
.
Role Overview
In this role, you will lead the full digital lifecycle of new products — from idea and sampling to Shopify launch and optimization. This is a
digital product launch role
focused on ecommerce execution, not sourcing or CPG formulation. You must have
direct experience building Shopify pages, coordinating Klaviyo email/SMS launches, and supporting Meta ad launch readiness
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end digital product launches for new physical products.
- Build, QA, and optimize product pages on
Shopify / Shopify Plus
. - Coordinate creative assets (photos, videos, landing pages) for launches.
- Execute launch calendars across
Shopify, Klaviyo (email/SMS), Meta, and GA4
. - Monitor early performance, customer feedback, and conversion data.
- Implement post-launch improvements and ongoing product optimization.
- Manage timelines, launch checklists, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years experience in a DTC or Shopify ecommerce brand.
- Demonstrated success launching physical products online.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows + campaigns) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with GA4, Rebuy, and other ecommerce tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth, digital-first environment.
