Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. This role involves delivering freight efficiently across designated routes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Truck Driver will play a vital role in maintaining timely deliveries and upholding the company's reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate different types of trucks such as tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment like forklifts when necessary.
• Deliver freight accurately along assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents or damages during transit.
• Assist with securing loads to prevent shifting during transport.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery driver roles.
• Familiarity with manual transmission trucks is preferred.
• Experience operating specialized equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks is a plus.
• Knowledge of refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and freight handling is advantageous.
• Prior experience with load & unload procedures and working with various types of freight is desirable.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with relevant endorsements for different truck types (e.g., tanker endorsement) is required.

Pay: $1, $2,500.00 per week
