Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Seafood Distribution)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Orlando, FL

We are a high-volume seafood wholesale distributor supplying Japanese restaurants and grocery customers throughout Florida. We operate a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires accuracy, teamwork, and reliability.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role involves working in refrigerated areas and handling seafood products. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically capable, and able to follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work inside cold storage for extended periods.
• Accurately read and execute work orders to pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, including salmon cases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and warehouse procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus but not required (training available).
• Support general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time, starting at 5:00 AM.
• Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated areas for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
