Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
• Adhere to established schedules and checklists to ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating with team members
