Our team is built on accuracy, responsiveness, and strong collaboration. We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Processor to support our Escrow Officers and contribute to smooth, timely closings.

Job Responsibilities
- Open new escrow files and accurately input data into Qualia
- Review purchase agreements, lender instructions, and escrow instructions for completeness
- Order payoffs, HOA demands, estoppels, and required third-party documents
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients to obtain necessary information
- Prepare escrow files for Escrow Officer review and approval
- Assist in preparing closing documents and settlement statements
- Track critical dates and ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to closing
- Receive, review, and organize closing packages from notaries for completeness
- Assist with post-closing tasks, including recording follow-ups and document distribution
- Ensure files are maintained accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Follow all Orbit Title Escrow policies, procedures, and quality control standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of escrow or title processing experience (Texas preferred)
- Strong understanding of escrow documentation and closing workflows
- Proficiency with escrow software (Qualia experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus
Position Notes
- This position does not require signing authority
- Role supports Escrow Officers and does not independently close files
- Opportunity for advancement into Escrow Officer role for qualified candidates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48, $72,000.00 per year
