General Labor and or Plaster Worker

Overview
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated General Laborer and/or Plaster Worker to join our construction team. This role involves hands-on work across various aspects of construction, renovation, and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in masonry, plastering, and related trades, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site. This position offers opportunities to develop a broad skill set within the construction industry and contribute to diverse projects ranging from restoration to new builds.

Duties

• Perform plastering tasks including stucco application
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and preparation for construction phases.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills

• Knowledge of masonry techniques including stucco.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new trades within the construction industry. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their expertise across multiple facets of construction while contributing to high-quality projects in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
