Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Avir at Grand Saline. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Track and analyze business performance metrics to inform business decisions
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of (insert number) years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
