Weekend Brunch Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Brunch Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food preparation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving brunch dishes in a professional environment, ensuring food safety and presentation standards are met. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook brunch menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Manage kitchen stations efficiently during busy weekend shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area before, during, and after service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service during brunch hours
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary departments, food service, or culinary roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
• Experience with food preparation, cooking
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in kitchen equipment usage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy weekend brunch hours
• Prior experience in the food industry, including catering or restaurant service, is desirable
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
