Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Customer Service Representative 2. The responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, addressing and resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing client needs, and providing appropriate support to meet the requirements of those seeking assistance from DES.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating software systems
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
