Job Profile: Corporate Controller - Finance and Administration

Location: San Jose, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Corporate Controller will serve as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the company's worldwide accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, while supporting the company's growth as a semiconductor business with complex revenue arrangements, cost structures, and equity compensation programs.

Work Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in a public company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and inventory/COGS accounting.

Preferred

• Prior experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing industry.
• Big Four public accounting background.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
