Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all restaurant activities, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and adherence to health regulations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate shift management to optimize staffing levels, improve customer service efficiency, and meet business goals.
  • Monitor budget adherence, control costs related to food production and labor while maximizing profitability.
  • Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes hospitality excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Toast familiarity with cash handling procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and promote team development.
  • Background in food industry management including inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management roles such as assistant manager or general manager is highly desirable.
