We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties
- Manage and maintain detailed calendars using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences from planning stages through execution, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Handle correspondence via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate personal travel, events, and reservations.
- Support household-related tasks such as coordinating vendors, repairs, or services
- Run personal errands and manage requests as they arise.
- Provide personal assistance by managing confidential information discreetly while supporting daily personal needs of executives.
- This position will primarily take place in the home of the senior executive in Boise, Idaho; with his family present. Occasional travel to the main office in Meridian, Idaho may be required. Must be open to and able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
- Hours may vary, open availability is a must.
Skills
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or personal assistant with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent typing speed combined with transcription skills for accurate documentation.
- Strong event planning abilities for coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and special events.
- Effective project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Superior communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
- Demonstrated office experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and office supply management.
- Experience with children is a bonus. May be required to assist in transporting to and coordinating activities when requested.
Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
