About The Role
The Senior Analyst – Financial Wellbeing Programs and Platforms manages the day-to-day administration, analysis, strategic support and ensures compliance of the Company's financial wellbeing benefit programs, platforms, and education benefits including the 401(k), tuition reimbursement, College Coach, the PVH College Scholarship program, Identity Theft and the Total Rewards portal. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing plan data, supporting plan audits and required testing, and acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role requires strong technical skills and works closely with ADP and Workday integrations, payroll and plan funding. Strong Excel, data analysis, HRIS proficiency, and understanding of retirement plan systems/recordkeepers a plus.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for reviewing and auditing of the payroll contribution files (weekly and bi-weekly) for the 401(k)_savings plans, (US AIP, PR AIP and the SSP) and ensuring that participant and company contributions are funded to the plan trustee in accordance with IRS funding deadline requirements and auditing standards. This task involves interfacing with Workday, the plan's recordkeeping systems, and the Treasury area. Additionally, the Analyst must have the ability to audit the payroll and demographic integrations and ascertain reasonableness of the files, ensuring eligible associates are reported correctly, contributions are calculated correctly for participants who are reaching their maximum contribution levels, ensuring that contribution totals on file match payroll totals, verifying catch-up contribution totals. The Sr. Analyst must possess the ability to resolve any issues quickly to maintain a tight turnaround schedule to fund employee and employer contributions.
- Responsible for performing regular 401(k) trust reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
