Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to lead behavioral therapy services within our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide expert supervision, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health and special education settings, promoting positive outcomes for clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate effective communication regarding patient progress.
  • Educate families, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care, including confidentiality and medical terminology.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in behavioral therapy, especially working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education practices, and behavioral health principles.
  • Proven ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and data collection accurately.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educational professionals, and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians while providing clear guidance on intervention strategies.

Pay: $ $54.67 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
