Glazd, Inc. is a digital platform offering tenants and landlords a seamless renters insurance and compliance experience. We partner with multi-family communities to provide end-to-end renters insurance products and compliance software. Our goal is to take the boringness out of insurance and make life easier for tenants and multifamily owners alike. We are a local Middleton start-up and are looking for a Client Services team member to facilitate day to day interactions with customers, support, and data entry. This is a great opportunity for someone that is detail oriented and wants to grow with a young company with tremendous potential.

Glazd, Inc. manages thousands of customers in simple transactions, so attention to detail and a desire to take ownership over output is a must.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
  • Help customers upload proof of insurance.
  • Guide customers through Glazd web application.
  • Verify customer information.
  • Enter, update, and verify data in the company database.
  • Review and update records when changes occur.
  • Create and send items in the monthly customer billing cycle.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in an office environment (with some remote work).
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Computer and typing skills are a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases
  • Ability to empathize with residents and make them feel understood in routine communication is key to succeeding in this role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and implement new skills.
  • Associate or Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive.
  • Familiarity with multifamily housing and property management.
  • Familiarity with HO4 Renters Insurance policies.
  • Experience as a Leasing Assistant or in Residential Property Management is very desirable, we encourage you to apply.
  • An active Property & Casualty Insurance license, or ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license within 6 months of start date is required.
