Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Technician

Aurelius Manufacturing, a custom welded hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, is accepting applications to join our 2nd shift team as an Assembly Technician. This position plays a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.

• Hours: 4:00 pm to 2:00 am
• Monday thru Thursday
• Differential Pay for working 2nd shift

Job Summary

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and testing hydraulic cylinders from initial build through final quality inspection. This role involves interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, positioning and assembling parts using hand tools or machines, and performing quality control checks to ensure specifications are met.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Machine shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials. Must be capable of wearing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to comply with company safety policies. Requires walking, standing, bending, lifting materials weighing up to 75 lbs., twisting and gripping.
