Job Title: Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)

Location: Billings, MT

Organization: HER Campaign

WHO WE ARE

HER Campaign is a global movement of abolitionists creating emergency stabilization and aftercare programs that break the cycle of exploitation and help survivors find freedom from slavery. We are a faith-based nonprofit providing aftercare and residential programs for survivors of human trafficking. Since 2016, we've supported over 200+ women through crisis intervention and holistic recovery. Our mission is to empower survivors to heal, grow, and discover purpose through therapeutic care and community support. Rooted in the belief that "Hospitality Comes First ," we foster a safe, dignified, and loving environment where survivors can stabilize and embrace their identity and calling.

OUR MISSION

We know that without safe housing, human trafficking survivors are re-victimized. HER Campaign provides aftercare programs that bridge the gap between rescue and freedom, cultivating spaces where holistic healing can take place.

OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH

We believe healing must address the body, soul, and spirit as an integrated whole. Our programs are built on three core pillars:

Spiritual Formation – Providing faith-based counseling and education with a focus on inner healing, personal and relational identity restoration from the effects of trauma.

Medical Care – Delivering basic medical intervention for clinical stabilization, alongside integrative and functional health approaches that support whole-body healing.

Mental Health Support – Neurobiological stabilization, emotional regulation, and trauma recovery
