We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective shift operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards and company policies.
• Manage customer service interactions, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards to ensure compliance with company and health regulations.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and managing till discrepancies.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
• Conduct regular shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and any operational updates.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales targets, manage labor costs, and control expenses.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the restaurant's overall success.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry. (QSR Preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
