I'm working on an opportunity with a rapidly growing, end-to-end Data Center developer that's setting new standards for innovation across the industry.

Role Overview: Senior Scheduler

As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting their large-scale Data Center projects globally. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules from early concept through commissioning, enabling teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full project lifecycle schedules (precon → closeout) for Data Center projects.
  • Lead schedule reviews, risk analysis, and forecasting for traveling project teams.
  • Collaborate with GC's and Subcontractors to ensure project timelines are being followed.
  • Evaluate subcontractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and alignment with the master schedule.
  • Identify constraints or delays early and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare schedule narratives, progress updates, and executive-level reporting.
  • Support scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across regions.
  • Travel to active project sites nationwide to support on-the-ground teams.

Qualifications

  • 7–15+ years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Strong background with large commercial, industrial, or mission critical/data center projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with risk analysis tools a plus.
  • Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and communicate complex info clearly.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for project needs.
