HVAC Installer

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
This position focuses exclusively on residential heating and cooling installations . You'll be part of a trusted team that installs systems with precision, professionalism, and pride.

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform ductwork modifications and basic electrical connections
• Ensure installations meet local code, manufacturer specs, and Shanklin standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

• 1–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Positive, reliable, and motivated to grow
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in quality work
