The Dietary Aide supports all nutrition services in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the direction of the Director of Food Service. This role helps prepare, serve, and deliver nourishing, well-balanced meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant dining experience in accordance with company policies and all regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and serve meals using proper food handling and safety practices
• Maintain food temperatures, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Assist with kitchen, dining room, and dishwashing duties
• Label, date, store food properly, and keep storage areas organized
• Prepare and deliver snacks and assist with special meals or events
• Safely transport food carts and report concerns, hazards, or injuries promptly
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all safety policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food service experience preferred (long-term care a plus)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
