Now Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers — No Experience Required
Location: Bakersfield

We have brand-new trucks ready to roll and are looking for reliable CDL-A drivers to join our team. If you have a CDL-A license but no prior driving experience, this is your chance to start earning right away.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly Earnings $1,200–$1,500+
• Performance Bonus up to additional 8 CPM
• Orientation pay $300 (hotel, travel, meals included)
• Assigned equipment — no slip seating
• Brand new Freightliner or Kenworth
• Home weekly or Every other week
• No touch freight - Drop & Hook

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• At least 21 years old
• Minimum 120 hours completed from CDL program
• Clean driving record (minor violations acceptable)
• Must pass DOT Physical (hair & urine test)

Key Responsibilities

• Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week as a solo driver
• Be in Contact with Dispatch team to ensure on time deliviries
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with company policies
