Quality Inspector

Quality Control Inspector – 1st Shift
Pay Range: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
Location: Southbridge, MA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products meet critical quality and performance standards before they move to the next stage of production.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections on small electronic and/or mechanical components
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
• Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly
• Identify nonconforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams
• Assist in root-cause investigations and corrective actions when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Reliability and consistency in meeting production and quality timelines

Schedule:

• Full-time, 1st shift

Compensation:

• $18–$25/hr, depending on experience
