Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our food preparation and service areas are clean, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Buss tables and assist with dining room cleanliness as needed.
• Support catering events by preparing food items as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is not required.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
