Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for designs and printing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Present product offerings and technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on sales initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in inside sales environments.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and sales activities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
• Previous experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in the sign/screen printing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Illustrator and photoshop basics are a must.
