Staff Attorney – E-Discovery & Complex Litigation

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Attorney to join a nationally recognized team of trial lawyers handling complex, high-stakes litigation on behalf of individual plaintiffs. Staff Attorneys are critical members of the team and provide direct support across all phases of litigation, with a particular focus on managing e-discovery and contributing to case strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage e-discovery from preservation through review and production.
• Review and analyze documents and data for use in motions, depositions, and trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on potential and existing cases.
• Assist with client outreach and ongoing client communications.
• Support preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Track deadlines and maintain organized case files in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with trial teams and contribute to case strategy.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Missouri or Illinois, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction (or D.C.) and willing to become licensed in Missouri.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-intensity litigation practice.
• Electronic discovery experience preferred.
