Job Summary
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance market presence. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively negotiate and manage projects while leveraging software tools for customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and strategic thinking to foster long-term partnerships and achieve business objectives.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, market segments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $120,000.00 per year
