About the Role:

As our Mitigation Supervisor, you'll be hands-on in the field, leading our Mitigation Team on water, fire, mold, and trauma-related jobs. You'll ensure jobs are completed efficiently, up to industry standards, and with a deep commitment to both customer satisfaction and team development.

You'll work closely with the Mitigation Manager and other team leads to coordinate daily operations, uphold safety protocols, and ensure our high standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to emergency calls and assess scope of work
• Lead and train mitigation technicians in the field
• Oversee job documentation, compliance, and timelines
• Coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and insurance partners
• Review and ensure completion of all job files (Docusketch, PSA, dry logs, etc.)
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and equipment readiness
• Represent our core values in every interaction — internally and externally
• Assist with staff evaluations, training, and performance improvement
• Provide daily updates to the Mitigation Manager
• Be a mentor and role model for junior staff

Plus, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in water, fire, mold, or related restoration work
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with restoration software (PSA, Docusketch, etc.)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• IICRC certifications are a plus (but not required to start)
