Position: Unit Manager (RN or LPN)

Location: Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Bedford, NH

Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is excited to announce new management and a renewed commitment to excellence in resident care. We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our dedicated nursing team and ensure the highest standards of clinical quality, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, individualized resident care consistent with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor outcomes, and implement care plans to promote resident well-being.
  • Mentor, train, and support staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
  • Participate in QAPI initiatives and contribute to maintaining compliance and survey readiness.

Requirements:

  • Current NH RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, organized, and committed to excellence in resident care.
