Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Program Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT implementation programs, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, assumptions, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams, managing communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Risk and Issue Management: Define and track risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the program's lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Implement project review and quality assurance processes to ensure project goals are met and stakeholders are satisfied.
• Reporting: Create and manage regular reports on project execution status and other key metrics in standard formats.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams, driving accountability and delivery excellence, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the o9 Solutions platform and its related supply chain solutions.

Required skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end IT implementation programs in o9 Replenishment planning
• Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Experience in identifying and implementing efficiency improvements across projects.
• Ability to define and document project objectives, scope, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
